Reji Industries Managed Uniform Shops
Our change of mind policy
We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on ‘change of mind’ merchandise sold through uniform shops managed by Reji Industries.
The following change of mind timeframes apply:

In store: 60 days from date of purchase.

Online (Australia): 60 days from date of delivery.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.

The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Some exchanges / refunds may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
Exceptions to our change of mind policy
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

Hosiery (socks and tights) – Hygiene reasons

Headwear (hats and hijabs) – Hygiene reasons

Undergarments (bike pants) – Hygiene reasons

Discontinued or obsolete style.
Vouchers (Government Issued)
Customers can use some or all of their vouchers towards their purchase.
If a customer's invoice is less than the voucher amount, the customer does not receive the leftover amount as credit or cash.
We cannot offer cash, an alternate voucher or a credit note in exchange for a government issued voucher.
Product exchanges are managed accordance with our returns policy.
Student Assistance (School Issued)
Customers can use some or all of their student assistance towards their purchase.
We cannot offer cash, a voucher or a credit note in exchange for student assistance offered by the school.
