Our change of mind policy

We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note on ‘change of mind’ merchandise sold through uniform shops managed by On-Point Apparel Pty Ltd.

The following change of mind time frames apply:

In store: 60 days from date of purchase.
Online (Australia): 60 days from date of delivery.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above time frames can be returned for an exchange subject to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Some exchanges may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Exceptions to our change of mind policy

Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

Hosiery (socks and tights) – Hygiene reasons
Head wear (hats and hijabs) – Hygiene reasons
Undergarments (bike pants) – Hygiene reasons
Discontinued or obsolete style.

Sale and Clearance Items

Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” through online or in-store promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless faulty.

Vouchers (Government Issued)

Customers can use some or all of their vouchers towards their purchase.

If a customer's invoice is less than the voucher amount, the customer does not receive the leftover amount as credit or cash.

We cannot offer cash, an alternate voucher or a credit note in exchange for a government issued voucher.

Product exchanges are managed accordance with our returns policy.

Student Assistance (School Issued)

Customers can use some or all of their student assistance towards their purchase.

We cannot offer cash, a voucher or a credit note in exchange for student assistance offered by the school.

Product exchanges are managed accordance with our returns policy.
